Historical narratives have long been beloved for their ability to transport readers to another time and place. While these stories are often dismissed as mere escapism, they can also offer a rich tapestry of intellectual playfulness that invites readers to engage with complex themes and ideas.

One Crown, Two Idiots, and a Donkey Named Justice; The Misadventures of Blunt & Co.
Bartholomew Blunt, an overconfident fool mistaken for a hero after accidentally saving the prince, is sent by the king to retrieve a cursed royal heirloom—the Goblet of Veritas.
Accompanied by Sir Gaspard, a cowardly "knight," Fenella Quickwit, a clever thief who reluctantly joins their cause, and Justice, a suspiciously intelligent donkey, Blunt sets out on a disastrous quest across a crumbling kingdom.
Along the way, they are ambushed by bandits, entangled in magical mishaps, hunted by cultists, and constantly derailed by their own incompetence.
As the group stumbles through each trial, they uncover that the Goblet's curse compels absolute truth from anyone who touches it, placing not only themselves at risk, but threatening to expose secrets that could unravel the entire kingdom. Worse still, rival nations are also seeking the Goblet, making their mission a race against time with the fate of the realm hanging in the balance.
